Penny Reed, Founder and President of Penny Reed, Dental Growth Officer, brings more than 30 years of dental industry leadership to every stage. A former office manager, she has served as Chief Growth Officer of eAssist and Executive Vice President of AADOM. Penny is a certified behavioral consultant, Nash Institute faculty member, and author of Growing Your Dental Business. She was named to the inaugural USA Dental Report 100 for 2026 and has been recognized as a Dentistry Today Leader in Dental Consulting every year since 2007.

Penny Reed is the Founder and President of Penny Reed, Dental Growth Officer, where she provides growth strategy and advisory services to practice owners and leadership teams nationwide. Named to the inaugural USA Dental Report 100 for 2026, she brings more than 30 years of dental industry experience to every engagement. Her career has taken her from the office manager's desk to the executive suite, including roles as Chief Growth Officer of eAssist, the nation's largest dental billing company, and Executive Vice President of AADOM, the American Association of Dental Office Management.

A certified behavioral consultant and former Dale Carnegie trainer, Penny takes a practical, behavior-based approach to leadership, culture, communication, and accountability. She serves on faculty for the Nash Institute for Dental Learning and has been recognized as a Dentistry Today Leader in Dental Consulting every year since 2007. She is the author of Growing Your Dental Business, co-author of Persuade with a Case Acceptance Story, and creator of The Coachability Factor™ and The Bitter Baby®.

Audiences know Penny for blending practical insight, humor, and memorable metaphors that stay with teams long after the session ends. She lives in Piperton, Tennessee, with her husband Rob and loves being "Yaya" to her granddaughter Willow.
